The RivaTuner Statistics Server (part of MSI Afterburner) has a compatibility issue with recent Windows 10 updates. It may cause some games and video players to crash.
To fix the problem, update RTSS to version 7.2.3 (or newer). Or open RTSS properties, and on 'General' tab scroll down and click 'Reset cache' under 'Injection properties'. Or set the RTSS application profile for the MPC-HC executable to Application Detection Level: None.
